Mario Vargas Llosa Wins the Nobel

Mario Vargas Llosa wins the Nobel for his cartography of structures of power and his trenchant images of the individual's resistance, revolt, and defeat. It was hard time: he's one of the greatest. One of the greatest on a continent that amazes us with the huge number of genial authors.

Let's remind here just a few of his books: Conversación en la Catedral, La Guerra del Fin del Mundo, El Paraíso en la Otra Esquina, El Hablador, Sables y Utopías: Visiones de América Latina. That's just a few.
