He has around 4,600 Facebook friends, 2 blogs, and more than 800 Twitter followers, while he is homeless and jobless. He sleeps in a downtown DC shelter and spends his time entirely for advocating his cause on his digital empire. Being homeless has provided him with purpose and a sense of community. But it's also work that has perpetuated his homelessness and, in a way, glorified it.
