Richard Grant
A British born in Malaysia, who lived as a boy in Kuwait, went to school and to college in London, worked as a security guard, a janitor, a house painter and a DJ, then moved to the US, lived a nomadic life in the West, eventually settled in Arizona, from there traveled big, from Sierra Madre to East Africa, moved briefly in New York, to relocate again, this time in the Mississippi Delta; no wonder the guy is a free-lance travel writer (better said maybe, an adventure writer).
