Santa Is Still Relaxing

It's still time till Christmas, so Santa can relax. No wonder he chose the Old Town of Alexandria to enjoy a short vacation before taking his job.

He came there dressed as casually as it can be, with a pair of jeans, a Texan belt, cowboy boots and shirt. It happened there were a Scottish parade in town, so he got also kind of a Scottish muffler. Any suggestions for a kilt?
