Millôr Fernandes (1923-2012), Brazilian humorist, cartoonist and playwright.

One of his mots d'esprit (apud my friend Ioan Cuciurca): once he asked what was the difference between a politician and a thief; someone replicated that thieves select their targets while targets select their politicians; at this Millôr Fernandes jumped, hey, you are freaking good, you found one difference!
