DC: Snowpocalypse Now

I found on Wonkette this video: Matt Welch trying to make it around 13th Street and Logan Circle. He had a funny umbrella and a flip-cam. I will try now to make it to a supermarket in Bucharest, where the snow is looking very Washingtonian. Some say it's Global Warming.
