What Language Do They Speak in Heaven?

This is a good question. Are they speaking their mother's tongue each one? Then how do they understand each other?

Let's think what languages were spoken in the very Beginnings, I mean in the Garden of Eden: this might be a good start, as we could then extrapolate.

According to Spaniards, by those times they were speaking Spanish, Italian and French: the Almighty commended in Spanish, the Serpent persuaded in Italian, as for Adam, he was begging pardon in French (hum, not very flattering for the language of Voltaire)

Well, that's according to Spaniards. As for the Persians, they keep it differently: the Serpent persuaded in Arabic, Adam and Eve were talking Persian, and the Angel commanded in Turkish.

We can compromise between the two narratives, of course: speak Spanish to gods, Turkish to angels (as they seemingly don't understand any other tongue), speak Italian or Arabic with women (even the Tempter made it that way), speak French to men (if they don't understand it's their problem), speak Romanian to yourself (or whichever), use English in any other occasion (you might try also Chinese nowadays).
