The Real Challenge For the American Society
The real challenge for the American society is preserving its living standards in a world of global competition, and this is beyond the troubles caused by the recession. There is a need for developing the manufacturing in new technologies that are high value-added. Only this would allow the high wages that Americans are used with. Innovation in these technologies is not enough, because only innovation does not cover all workforce.
