Psalmi - Edith Stein

Edith Stein had passed to Catholicism, and her mother, who was an observant Jew, was sad. To caress her mother, Edith Stein went on for a while attending the synagogue where they were praying the Psalms together. Edith would later enter the Carmel, to become a Jewish martyr - she died at Auschwitz. Pope John Paul II canonized her - Sainte Teresa Benedicta of the Cross.
