I found this in the blog of Ion Vincent Danu: three successive versions of his La Sarasina, Don Quixotte & Don Sancho Panza. Says the artist, La Sarasina (ou Sarachina?) is the old prostitute, dansing the rumba in 8 1/2 de Fellini.
